§ 1.13.020. Application of provisions of Code, etc., with reference to peace, good order, etc., within one mile of corporate limits.

The provisions of this Code and other ordinances of the town, with reference to peace, good order and public safety, are hereby declared to be the law within one mile from the corporate limits of the town, and any violation thereof shall be punished in conformity with sections of this Code as applicable.
